 If you want to enhance your home practice, you can purchase a complete Bhava Vinyasa yoga class taught by Peter Rizzo. This intelligently contructed sequence is one of 13 classes
that Peter teaches in rotation. It includes sun salutations, standing
postures, deep forward bending, backward bending and twisting, plus inversions
and meditation. It consists of two compact discs which may be programmed for an hour and forty-five minute class or one that is over two hours.
The cost for the class on CD is $17.50 ($15 for the discs, and the rest for the padded mailer and postage). Please make out a check or money order to:
