CD: The CD is a complete Bhava yoga class taught by Peter. The class is challenging and inspiring, a good workout with a substantial meditation and relaxation period at the end. It consists of two discs which may be programmed for an hour and forty-five minute class or one that is over two hours. The cost is $17.50, check or money order made out to Peter Rizzo. ($15 for the discs, and the rest for the padded mailer and postage.)
BHAVA TANKS: Bhava tanks are available in black with purple print -- womens' tanks or spaghetti-straps are one size fits all (go with the tank if you are more busty), and mens' come in medium or large. These cost $15.50 ($13, plus 2.50 for postage and mailer).
