Join Niki for this slow-paced, cooling practice next Friday at Bhava.

Yin Yoga Every First Friday at Bhava
... See MoreSee Less

Join Bhava instructor Niki Fletcher for a two-hour Yin Yoga practice every first Friday of the month. Regular drop-in fee or use your class card. Yin Yoga is a practice that is primarily done on the floor. Postures are held for 3-5 mins allowing time for connective tissues to receive benefit. The main principle of yin is to just be, allowing time and space for acceptance and reflection. In this class we hold space for loving kindness, leaving the practice of striving at the door. This is a time to accept and love who we are, where we are. *Wear clothes that are both comfortable and warm as yin is a practice that cools the body. Bhava has been serving the Brattleboro community with Yoga for more than 10 years.
